An intensive training program for the next generation of professional urban dancers
The Street Course at the Foundation Amsterdam Hiphop Center is an intensive 26- or 40-week program, designed to develop dancers into technically strong and culturally aware artists within Hiphop, House and Breaking.
This program goes far beyond weekly classes. It offers a complete trajectory that blends physical training, creative development, and performance with deep theoretical understanding. Students study not only technique but also explore industry systems, entrepreneurship, and the financial structures of hip-hop culture through The Sound System Effect.
What to expect
The Street Course includes structured training blocks, combined with an intensive Dance Bootcamp taught by international teachers. Throughout the program, students are challenged to apply their skills in professional contexts, battles, and community environments.
The core values of hip-hop — Peace, Love, Unity, Respect & Having Fun — form the foundation of the entire experience.
Our mission is to build a bridge between education, community and the professional dance field, empowering students to understand that dance is not only movement but a voice, a legacy, and a force for change.
